SERS substrates from Ocean Optics have high sensitivity at 638 nm

Sept. 23, 2016
The RAM-SERS-SP surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy substrates use a gold-silver nanosponge alloy.

The RAM-SERS-SP surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy substrates use a gold-silver nanosponge alloy to produce highly sensitive, trace-level Raman measurements for detection of explosives and narcotics, food safety, anti-counterfeit tagging, and biological research. The substrates work with either 532 or 785 nm excitation, and have higher sensitivity at 638 nm.
