The Atlas 5 hardware and software package extends the capacity of the company’s scanning electron microscopes (SEMs) and focused ion beam SEMs. It lets users acquire large sets of 2D or 3D nanoscale electron microscope images for hours or days without operator supervision. It can combine images from multiple sources at different scales.
