Microscopy image analysis software features new functionalities
Imaris 9.8 microscopy imaging analysis software provides improved volume visualization modes and virtual samples sectioning (clipping planes) for use with light sheet microscopy. New functionality has been added to object detection and editing in dense data sets, as object boundaries are rendered together with the microscopy signals on a slicer. The Filament Tracer module has added a soma model.
