Piezo stage from Piezoconcept uses totally frictionless assembly
The Super Long Range 1500 piezo stage can move 1500 μm in closed-loop mode. This stage uses totally frictionless assembly and has damage-tolerant piezostacks—if the piezostack is damaged, the remaining ceramic elements can continue to operate. The stages can be combined to form two- or three-axis nanopositioning systems.
