Piezoelectric micro stage features 500 nm resolution
The M3-LS-U2-10 linear smart stage is a direct-drive precision piezoelectric micro stage with an embedded controller. Designed for integration into compact instruments, it accommodates a 40 g horizontal load and 20 g vertical load with 10 mm travel at up to 35 mm/sec. It has a 0.2 N force and 500 nm resolution with absolute encoding.
