Z-axis stages feature a micro-stepping driver
The Z110 Series Z-axis stages are available with strokes of 15, 30, 50, and 75 mm. Stepper motor options have typical positional accuracy of 10- and 0.5-µm resolution with micro-stepping driver. Servo motor options with quadrature incremental optical encoders have higher resolution and speed.
