Dual-axis stages available with noncontact linear encoder option
Dual-axis, large-aperture stages offer XY travel from 100 to 600 mm, a 188–800 mm aperture, 3 µm repeatability, and a joystick option. Stepper, servo, or smart motors are offered, as well as a noncontact linear encoder option. Applications include sample scanning in imaging, scanning microscopy, and automated assembly.
