    The SH¥series sub-hert¥vibration isolator is designed to have very low vertical and horizontal stiffness, with resonant frequencies guaranteed to be 1/2 H¥or less. This isolates precision applications such as atomic force microscopy from low-frequency building and ground vibrations. The isolator is designed for applications with relatively small static load changes.
