Precitec to demonstrate laser package for cutting machines at LASYS 2016
In a collaboration with Trumpf, Precitec has developed the All-In-Light package, which includes a disk laser and beam delivery fiber, for manufacturers of flatbed and tube cutting machines. Available in powers from 1 to 6kW, 8 and 10kW versions are currently being tested. The package helps OEM manufacturers improve cutting quality, especially nitrogen cutting of stainless steel with thicknesses exceeding 30mm.
