    Pigtailed InGaAs detectors for fiberoptic applications are optimized for low back reflection and high responsivity. An alignment sleeve is microwelded to the lensed TOcan package. Typical performance includes 55dB back reflection, 0.8A/W responsivity, 1.5GH¥bandwidth, and 0.3nA dark current. Pigtails come with or without connector termination.
