The ChiliLase product family now includes several new lasers in the visible red wavelength range. The 4 W model at 632 nm and the 10 W model at 650 nm are both suited for PDT and display applications; a 10 W model at 680 nm is designed for illumination applications. The lasers are available as single emitters and bars and are offered in various package forms.

Modulight turns Christmas all red, by adding new red lasers to the ChiliLase product family

Tampere, Finland & San Jose, Modulight today announces the extension of its ChiliLase product family with the introduction of several new products supporting the needs in medical, industrial and display applications. Modulight's ChiliLase family is well-known for its flagship product, high-power lasers at 635nm, delivering leading power and performance in the industry from mounted chips to fiber coupled lasers and turnkey/OEM systems. This success is now followed by introduction of several new lasers at visible red wavelength range:
a.. 4W at 632 nm for PDT and display applications (ML1819)
b.. 10W at 650 nm for PDT and displays (ML1886)
c.. 10W at 680 nm for illumination (ML1893).

These releases come as an addition to the established ChiliLase family that comprises lasers for medical and industrial applications in the range of 632-690nm with output powers up to 10W.

ChiliLase products are available as single emitters and bars and are offered in various package forms from mounted diodes to TO-cans, fiber coupled modules and turnkey/OEM systems.
With in-house production capabilities from chip to system level and efficient supply chain, Modulight provides its customers the maximum added value and level of customization.
