The ECA 4000 modular absolute angle encoder provides high-accuracy angle measurement for semiconductor manufacturing. It has interpolation error of ~0.15%; accuracy graduations from 1.5 to 3 arcsec, depending on size; and operates at 500–7000 rpm. It includes nine drum outside diameters from 104 to 560 mm and a scanning head with IP 67 protection.
