Multi-axis stages measure angles to 0.05° accuracy
XYHG Multi-axis Stages (linear x-axis, linear y-axis, plus horizontal goniometer) are available in stroke lengths for the x- and y-axes of 50 to 1000 mm. They are combined in any travel length and integrated with ±10°, ±15°, or ±45° horizontally mounted goniometers. They measure angles to 0.05° accuracy.
