Elevator stages feature 2 µm positional accuracy
Four new motorized elevator stages, the DAG40-200 series, feature 40 mm of vertical travel with a 30 kg load capacity. The DAG40-01 and -04 models feature 2 µm positional accuracy, 0.042 µm resolution, and 5 mm/sec. travel speed. Applications include microscopy, inspection, metrology, positioning, photonics, and laser drilling and machining.
