The XY-MZF motorized stage is designed for rapid, unattended spectral measurements of multizone filters and linear variable filters.

The XY-MZF motorized stage is designed for rapid, unattended spectral measurements of multizone filters and linear variable filters. Accepting substrates up to 50.0 × 40.0 mm, the width of an individual filter zone is as small as 0.7 mm, with unlimited zones per filter. Computer-controlled XY mapping measures individual zones.
