The PCX-150 150-A current source is designed to drive pulsed diode lasers, bars, and arrays. Current pulses are variable from 5 to 150 A at u¥to 100 V, with pulsewidths variable from 10 µs to 20 ms. Pulse-repetition frequencies range u¥to 10 kHz. The microprocessor-controlled front-panel interface provides control and a backlit display of operating parameters.
