JK Lasers Appoints Worldwide Sales Director

JK Lasers appints new world-wide sales director.

Rugby, UK – Paul Ferris has been appointed Worldwide Sales Director by industrial laser manufacturer JK Lasers, to coordinate its global sales strategy. He will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s ambitious growth plans, which focus this year on its expanding range of high performance fiber lasers for applications in cutting, welding and other advanced materials processing applications.

Ferris brings a wealth of sales and business development experience to the role, having held senior positions within multi-million pound companies around the world, including Asia, Europe, North America and Australia.

Prior to joining JK Lasers, Ferris supported a production and sales division in Suzhou, China, as Vice President of SPX Rail Systems. He also ran two operations in Hong Kong as Senior Project Manager for Alstom Transport.

Ferris says: “These are exciting times for JK Lasers and I look forward to working with the sales team and industry partners to build the company’s global presence. As the business expands, I will also put plans in place to protect and enhance JK Lasers’ personal approach to customer care. I firmly believe that corporate growth should not be at the expense of strong local ties.”
