Laser Mech acquires laser machine tools developer Visotek

Laser beam delivery components specialist Laser Mechanisms has acquired Visotek, a laser machine tools developer.

Laser beam delivery components specialist Laser Mechanisms (Laser Mech; Novi, MI) has acquired Visotek (Livonia, MI), a laser machine tools developer whose products include laser integration, custom processing heads and tooling, and system controls.

The acquisition is expected to complement Laser Mech's core business of providing laser beam delivery solutions. Visotek will continue to operate as an independent entity in support of their existing customer base.
