Industrial laser specialist Rofin-Baasel Lasertech GmbH & Co. KG (Munich, Germany) and its more than 260 employees are moving to the Gilching business park. With an area of 17,000m2, the new premises features an 8000m2 production area that includes a 1000m2 clean room and 4000m2 office area for research and administration.
The new facilities meet the increasingly important requirements of environmentally friendly production. A photovoltaic system with an annual yield of 140kWp, a ground water heat pump, and a wood-chip heating system partly cover the energy demand from renewable sources.
The new location features an application lab for joint process evaluation and development with customers and partners.
Beginning October 17, 2016, customers, suppliers, and partners will find Rofin-Baasel Lasertech in business park Gilching south, Zeppelinstr. 10-12, 82205 Gilching, Germany. The new central telephone number is 08105/3965-0.
