Fiberoptic training center offers students hands-on experience

The 3M Telecom Systems Division (Austin, TX) has opened a 2300-sq. ft. training facility designed to give classes of u¥to 16 students practical experience with fiberoptic splicing, terminating, and connecting/interconnecting products and test and measurement systems. 3M offers intensive, hands-on seminars covering theory and practical applications for students of all backgrounds.
