The View 8+ core-alignment splicer provides a splice time of 6 s, heating time of 9 s, and a battery capacity that allows 355 cycles. In conjunction with its Wi-Fi mobile application, available for iOS and Android, operators are able to manage the splicer and splice data to save time when rolling out Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) networks.
