    SCD-Si single-channel detectors are packaged with antireflection silicon windows that block unwanted radiation below 1.2 micron. They are optimized for performance in the 1.2–5.5 micron range. Users can select lead sulfide (PbS) or lead selenide (PbSe) material, 2 × 2 mm or 3 × 3 mm active area sizes, and ambient or cooled configurations.
