The QS-3 OPD moving magnet galvanometer is lightweight, compact, and designed for hand-held scanning applications. It incorporates a ceramic ball-bearing motor. It offers linearity > 99.8%, repeatability < 10 µrad, drift < 50 ppm, and performance as low as 150 µsec. Its aperture range is 3 to 45 mm.
