InGaAs IR detectors

Infrared detectors for portable radiometers are used to calibrate night vision systems, industrial controls, and other sensors. IL SE007 Series features 1 pW to 2 mW sensitivity, handles low- and high-level measurements from 850 to 1700 nm, and provides a flat, linear response. The InGaAs detectors can obtain readings in absolute units over a nine-decade dynamic range.
