    The AutoSEM 1 Image/X-Ray Analyzer is a PC-based image and x-ray analyzer for a scanning electron microscope (SEM). The system is capable of analyzing particle and feature size, shape, and x-rays for thousands of features, with user interaction or automatically. The system can be used to upgrade SEMs or integrated with new SEMs. The system provides complete reports including statistics in a spreadsheet and digital color-coded x-ray maps based on composition.
