The M3-LS linear smart stage is a USB micro stage that integrates into miniature OEM systems. All drive electronics are integrated into a compact stage housing without the need for an external board and can be powered by standard batteries, enabling use in handheld, mobile, and portable instrumentation. It also assembles into XY or XYZ configurations, and enables precision motion of optics for focus, alignment, tuning, or beam steering in miniature microscopes, spectroscopy-based devices, and camera systems.
