Scientific cameras
The InstaSpec ISX CCD and ISX IR scientific cameras are designed for spectroscopy and Raman spectroscopy. The ISX CCD features a back-illuminated CCD sensor with a 1024 × 122 pixel array and operates from 200-1100 nm, while the ISX IR features an InGaAs linear array with a 50-μm pitch and 800-1700 nm operation. Both cameras are thermoelectrically cooled and bundled with InstaSpec Pro software, and include integrated digital signal processing (DSP).

Supercontinuum laser
The SC450-8-VE supercontinuum laser offers over 8 W of total optical power and over 1.5 W in the visible wavelength range. Average visible brightness of more than 5 mW/nm makes the laser useful for flow cytometry, industrial inspection, fluorescence imaging and broadband spectroscopy. The full spectrum extends from <450 nm to >2000 nm, and fixed and variable repetition rate versions are available.Fianium, Southampton, England, http://bit.ly/fs8vAL
FLIM software
The SymPhoTime version 5.2.4 fluorescence lifetime imaging (FLIM) and correlation software supports data acquisition and analysis for up to eight detection channels. Measurement preview functions enable display of time-correlated single-photon counting (TCSPC) histograms and intensity time traces for each channel separately during measurements. Online FLIM features of the software offer scalable intensity and lifetime color code.

Raman microscope
The Nomadic Raman microscope features three excitation sources (532, 785, 1064 nm or custom), each of which has dedicated spectrographs and detectors. Coupled with micrometer spatial resolution from an optical microscope, ideal applications include biomedical research and fluorescence suppression. Customized gratings cover either the chemically informative 400-1700 cm-1 range or the full 200-3200 cm-1 range.
