The BeamEx1000 interferometer beam expander enables measurement over a full 6 in. aperture using an industry-standard 4 in. interferometer. It snaps onto a 4 in. mainframe interferometer and accommodates an industry-standard 6 in. reference optic. The internal optics expand and re-collimate the beam to a 6 in. diameter.
