The DIT-5200L noncontact differential impedance transducer offers true differential for common mode rejection. It offers sub-nanometer resolution with sensitivity up to 10v/mil, 39 mV/μm, linearity up to 0.1% full range, and thermal stability of +0.3% FS/°C, at null +0.005% FS/°C. Single-, dual-, and three-channel configurations are available.
