PC Grate 4 permits short-wavelength grating efficiency curves to be modeled on IBM PC-compatible computers. The program assumes infinite conductivity of the grating material and can be used for sawtooth, sinusoidal, and trapezoidal grating profiles. The software calculates S, P, and nonpolarized efficiency curves from ۪ to 5 orders in the spectral region from the vacuum UV to x-rays.
