The latest configuration of the Nd:YAG-based InstaMark Signature laser-marking system provides increased speed and image repeatability. Beam-steering hardware and software permit marking speeds u¥to 3000 mm/s and a constant positioning speed of 50,000 mm/s with image repeatability better than 2.5 µm.
