ALIO Industries hexapod features a parallel kinematic tripod
The HH-30D hybrid hexapod is a nanopositioning device with ±30° tip/tilt travel and six degrees of freedom. A parallel kinematic tripod delivers Z plane and tip/tilt motion and is integrated with a monolithic serial kinematic stage for XY planar motion. A rotary stage provides 360° continuous yaw rotation.
