The Planar XY table operates two axes of motion in one plane with one motor. It features travel from 100 to 1000 mm, speed of 1 m/s, 2 G acceleration, and 1 µm resolution. Designed for robotic automation applications, it operates in any orientation, including side wall and upside-down.
