EP5TC-80 is a one-part, NASA low outgassing-rated epoxy with a thermal conductivity of 3.3 to 3.7 W/(m·K), with electrical nonconductivity. It cures at 80°C for 1.5 to 2 hours. It adheres to substrates such as metals, composites, glass, ceramics, and many plastics. Serviceable over the -50° to 150°C range, it has a glass transition temperature of 110° to 115°C.
