XY stage offers 1.5 µm repeatability
The HT1111 series XY stage has a 100 kg load capacity able to carry entire microscopy assemblies for applications including optics positioning and laser cutting. Features include 20 nm minimum resolution, 108 × 108 mm x-y travel, 1.5 µm repeatability, and externally adjustable x and y limit switches.
