Loctite Stycast OS 5101 dual-cure adhesive has use in optical lens and component alignment during the in-line assembly process. Designed for 100–400 GbE transceiver optical bonding, it offers a CTE below Tg of 20 PPM/ºC, volume shrinkage <1%, and moisture absorption of 0.8% and a first-phase UV cure in 40 sec. with 1 W UV.
