Thixotropic epoxy available for bonding, sealing, and gap-filling applications
EP5LTE-100 is a one-part, non-premixed, and frozen epoxy with a coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE) of 8-12 × 10-6 in/in/°C, glass transition temperature (Tg) between 120° and 125°C, and modulus >1 million psi at room temperature. It has a thixotropic paste consistency for bonding, sealing, and gap-filling applications, including optoelectronics.
