The S4LFT2430/328 f-theta lens for XY galvo scanners has a 30 mm input aperture and a focal length of 420 mm, 180 × 180 mm scan field, and a working distance of 292 mm. It generates a diffraction-limited center spot diameter ~31 μm with a 200 mm 1/e2 input beam. A low absorption coating covers 1030 to 1090 nm.
