A series of short-focal-length telecentric f-theta lenses is available for 1064, 532, and 355 nm wavelengths, with spot diameters to 3.5 µm. All lenses are made from fused silica and designed with no internal ghosts or back-reflections, which can damage lens elements within the lens. They also have low absorption coatings to reduce thermal shift.
