Laser diode from Laser Components has integrated monitor photodiode
The ADL-83Y51TL laser diode with integrated monitor photodiode provides a longitudinal single-mode beam profile. In continuous-wave mode, it emits 250 mW at 830 nm. In pulsed operation, it can be overdriven to produce up to 500 mW. The compact TO-56 housing is hermetically sealed and permits operational temperatures up to 60°C.
