OSI Laser Diode pulsed laser diode module has use in metrology
The CVB 450-TO56R pulsed laser diode module includes an electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection device. Packaged in a three-pin coaxial format, the blue 450 nm pulsed laser diode module is specifically designed for metrology applications. The module is optically coupled to a 200/230/500 μm fiber pigtail and features minimum peak optical power at 2 W.
