The FQCW266 266 nm continuous-wave (CW) lasers offer up to 200 mW single-frequency output power, >1000 m coherence length, and power stability <1% rms. The deep-UV (DUV) lasers have uses in applications such as semiconductor inspection, UV Raman spectroscopy, UV optics metrology, lithography, and interferometric measurements.
