The MM-L400A laser weld monitor detects infrared (IR), reflected, and visible light, providing comprehensive analysis of weld quality. It provides in situ judgment of weld quality by monitoring workpiece gaps, surface conditions, and focus accuracy. Using MS-Viewer software, users can adjust the measurement start trigger, sensor sensitivity, envelope settings, and compare measurement waveforms.
