The Bold 3DS Series confocal thickness measurement system is integrated with Keyence CL Series laser sensors. Specifically engineered for sheet and web/foil materials up to 1 m × 500 mm, it offers 1-µm measurement accuracy, depending on CL sensor selection. With continuous in-line and discrete off-line inspection, and real-time data plotting and archiving, it meets FDA data requirements.
