Through this expansion, the company has increased the quick-turn material processing capabilities of its contract services division and increased the breadth of material processing services offered, including laser marking, cut-to-length services, hole-making, slitting, tipping, and grinding.
Drawing on designs from the company's standard medical machine and catheter punch platforms, its contract services division can process a wide range of medical-grade materials, including single- or multi-lumen tubing, wire-reinforced tubing, and nitinol wires. The division provides solutions for R&D applications, as well as long-term production support on established catheter-based products.
