Stoke-on-Trent, England - Grenville Engineering, a laser sheet metal cutting shop, was highly commended for its growth strategy at the prestigious EEF Future Manufacturing Awards, the region’s biggest awards event showcasing the resilience, determination, and ingenuity of the UK’s manufacturing community.

Grenville, established more than 29 years ago, entered the Business Growth SME category, which recognizes the achievements of manufacturing businesses who have achieved dramatic business growth through actively managed and consistently delivered growth strategies.

During challenging economic conditions, Grenville implemented a three-year growth strategy focusing on business processes, investment in machinery, and people. The judges said that "this entry outlined a growth plan that doubled turnover. A big investment for a small business, which has clearly paid off!"
