LED illuminator for fluorescence microscopy by CoolLED

The pE-300lite LED illumination system from CoolLED (Andover, Hampshire, England) for fluorescence microscopy fits most microscopes' epifluorescence ports, or it can be specified with a liquid light guide. With spectral coverage from the UV to the red wavelength region, the system is configured for common fluorophores such as DAPI, FITC, TRITC, and Cy5. The system has uses in hospital and research laboratory environments.
