Excelitas Technologies white light LED source has use in fluorescence imaging
The X-Cite mini+ white light LED light sourcehas use in fluorescence imaging applications. Offered as an LED alternative to mercury sources, it provides high power in the 500–600 nm wavelength range for TRITC and mCherry, broad spectrum LED output from 360 to 700 nm, and a choice of 365 or 385 nm UV wavelengths.
