The MicroTime 200 stimulated emission depletion (STED) module from PicoQuant adds super-resolution microscopy capability to the company's MicroTime 200 time-resolved fluorescence microscope.

The MicroTime 200 stimulated emission depletion (STED) module from PicoQuant (Berlin, Germany) adds super-resolution microscopy capability to the company's MicroTime 200 time-resolved fluorescence microscope. When used together, features include lateral resolution >50 nm, excitation at 640 nm, and a 765 nm STED laser with adjustable repetition rate from single shot to 80 MHz.
