Fiber arrays

April 1, 1998
Two precision 2-D fiberoptic arrays are available with customer-specified grids of u¥to 64 ¥ 64 fibers. The P1201 and HP1301 arrays have center-to-center precisions of ۮ and ۬ m, respectively. Center-to-center distances can be as small as 150 µm for 125-µm-outer-diameter fibers. Fibers can be made using single- or multimode graded or step-index fibers.
